Dispute Resolution

Die frühere EU-Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung wurde eingestellt. Verordnung (EU) 2024/3228 hob die bisherige Rechtsgrundlage und die Pflicht zum Plattformlink mit Wirkung vom 20. Juli 2025 auf.

The former EU online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued. Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed the previous legal basis and platform-link obligation with effect from 20 July 2025.

Wir sind weder bereit noch verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
